The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and small appliances, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, as well as a full bathroom with shower tray. It is located on a second external floor of a building with lift.

Temporary Rental Conditions

Minimum stay: 2 months.

Monthly rate: applicable to stays of 2 months or more, subject to availability, during the October to May season.

Additional costs: electricity, water, internet and final cleaning.

Deposit: equivalent to one month's rent.

Contracting: rental intended for temporary stays with justified and accreditable necessity.
