Temporary rental conditions

Minimum stay: 2 months.

Monthly rate: applicable to stays of 2 months or more, subject to availability, during the October to May season.

Included expenses: water and internet.

Additional expenses: electricity according to consumption and final cleaning.

Deposit: equivalent to one month's rent.

Contracting: rental intended for temporary stays with a justified and verifiable need.
