Temporary rental conditions

Minimum stay: 2 months.

Monthly rate: applicable to stays of 2 months or more, according to available prices and months, during the season from October to May.

Additional expenses: electricity, water, internet and final cleaning.

Deposit: equivalent to one month's rent.

Contracting: rental intended for temporary stays with justified and verifiable need.
